beta cell M3 muscarinic acetylcholine receptor knockout mouse. The mice were generated by crossing floxed mouse M3 muscarinic acetylcholine receptor mice with mice in which Cre recombinase was controlled by the beta-cell specific rat insulin promoter (RIP-Cre mice).
