This modular 3D dynamic culture platform uses a cross-linked sodium alginate and collagen scaffold paired with a printed 3D holder and syringe pump that delivers controlled bidirectional media flow. The biomimetic scaffold offers a near neutral surface charge, visco elastic properties, and a porous structure that securely holds stem cells for their healthy growth and secretion of secretomes.
