Innovation: Professor Kimberly Lewis and her research team have developed a software platform that converts nurse-led clinical inquiry into publication-ready dissemination packages. The platform operationalizes dissemination as an end-to-end workflow with built-in integrity features across eight coordinated modules. Outputs from the platform contain content suitable for journal submission, institutional dissemination, and nursing excellence documentation. The platform emphasizes professional voice, visible progress, and identity-based milestones rather than punitive feedback. A complete manuscript core can be generated, including a structured abstract, methods, results, and discussion sections, in addition to a clinical impact statement. This reduces “blank page” barriers and standardizes reporting quality. Export formats include structured text and structured date to facilitate downstream submission processes. For hospitals pursuing Magnet®-aligned evidence, the platform organizes nurse-led inquiry, project status, and evidence notes in a consistent structure. This technology may serve as an invaluable platform for expanding access to scholarly dissemination among nurses in bilingual and resource-limited settings.
