Shor's Algorithm Implemented on Topological Acoustic Phase Computer

This technology is a topological acoustic (TA) phase computer. The capabilities of the TA phase computer have been demonstrated through the implementation of Shor’s algorithm. Notably, the TA phase computer is able to implement the algorithm with greater efficiency for a wider range of values than current quantum computing platforms. Using a phase cache, the TA phase computer achieves the algorithm at room temperature. The computer also incorporates an operator spectra shift that enforces the spectral separation of operators to ensure consistent, well-posed mappings between physical manipulations and computational operation. 

Background: 
Acoustic computing is an emerging field where the properties of acoustic waves are leveraged to perform logical computation. It offers a wide range of possible applications in communications, encryption, information processing and more. Acoustic computation systems could prove easier to control than quantum computers. However, the field of acoustic computing is still in its early stages of development. This technology introduces a TA phase computer that outperforms current quantum computing platforms in implementing Shor’s algorithm, demonstrating the potential of topological acoustic computing.
