TECHNOLOGY DESCRIPTION
This invention demonstrates an AND-logic gated Proteolysis targeting chemira (PROTAC) called Dual-Action-Only PROTAC (DAO-PROTAC), where the PROTAC remains inactive until activated in presence of two orthogonal stimuli. This enables safer and more precise therapies for cancer and other diseases characterized by unique biological microenvironments.
